Medical Week Daily ("we") publishes a free daily medical news digest at https://medicalweekdaily.com. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the site.

What we collect

• No accounts. You can read everything without signing up or giving us personal data.
• Server logs. Our host (Vercel) processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and reports aggregated page views without identifying individual visitors.
• Email. If you email us (for example to join the email waitlist or ask about sponsorship), we keep your message and address only to reply and, for the waitlist, to tell you when the email edition launches. Ask us anytime to delete it.
• Local storage. We store a small flag in your browser when you dismiss the cookie notice.

Cookies and advertising

We do not currently show third-party ads or use advertising cookies. We plan to show ads through Google AdSense in the future. When we do, this page and the cookie notice will be updated first, and:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this and/or other sites.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Visitors in the EEA/UK will be asked for consent through a certified consent tool before personalised ads load.

The site is intended for adults and healthcare or industry professionals, and is not directed to children under 16.
